There was smoking in the hallway!!! You didn't get any attention from the waiters. Staff was unfriendly (waiter)

Nothing, it is perfect.

Since the hotel is in the middle of the city, it is not easy to reach by car. But the location next to the pedestrian zone is hardly in order. What I specially liked in the breakfast were the small fresh crispy babbles and the filled sweet parts. Big high rooms with an intermediate door, thus very quiet!

Hotel garage was full upon arrival. Only after 21h I could find a free parking place! Despite non-smoking rooms, the smell of smoke is still present, also because of the slightly older carpets in the rooms.

Functional hotel with excellent location to all Banja Luka sightseeing places and exceptional staff with excellent service. Location right by many bars and restaurants and the main shopping area.

We loved staying at this hotel in the center of town. The location was perfect, right on the main pedestrian street and within walking distance of all the restaurants and attractions. The staff here provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their warm and welcoming attitude.

Everything was perfect except the TV channels were very corrosive some of them worked some of them didn't work some of them didn't work everything else was great, and at breakfast it should be clear which meat is pork

During a Christmas stay, we found this hotel’s location to be perfect for exploring the main pedestrian street and nearby restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, offering different options of egg preparations. having a private underground garage was a rare and appreciated commodity in the busy city.

While the classic furniture and bedding were impeccable, the rooms could do with minor refreshing. , the hotel is not fully non-smoking, so checking if the room is non-smoking is necessary.
